BezoMoney Technologies’ financial literacy arm held its maiden edition of Money Summit at Academic City University College in Haatso Accra.

The aim of the event according to Bezosmart was to provide digital financial products for the youth and the unbanked population.

The summit brought together diverse people including students from the different tertiary institutions in the country and financial experts who provided attendees with valuable financial management advice.

The summit was on the theme; “Wealth Creation in the New Age”. It also promoted the habit of saving among the youth and encouraged them to live engaging lives that help them add value to themselves.

The Co-Founder of BezoMoney and the President of the Bezo Foundation, Madam Diana Dayaka Osei, in her address stated that financial independence has nothing to do with a person’s background.

Hence for one to achieve success, hardworking, discipline, and a resilient attitude are what one needs. She further added that there are a number of people from poor backgrounds who went against the odds to become very successful business owners.
