GES 2020 Placement Call Center: Call to Solve Placement Issues now

Anyone who has issues with their placements should call the GES Placement call centre on 0900 800 700 or 030 298 7654.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has said that it will release the placements for Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) Candidates very soon.

GES has also stated that, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the usual going to the Black Star Square and other regional GES offices to solve placement issues will not hold.

However, the GES has made provisions for all those who may have issues with their placement and therefore may need help to resolve their issues.

Currently, GES’s Technical team is at work to ensure that the GES call center runs effectively and efficiently to receive and solve Placement related issues.

The GES Call Center for solving placement issues is well equipped with laptops, phones, and wall screens to make sure that issues are resolved in the shortest possible time.

Earlier on in a press release, GES had assured parents and candidates that it is “committed to ensuring a smooth, merit-based SHS placement process under established guidelines.”

The placement will cover candidates, both school and private, who wrote the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in 2020, as well as other re-entrants.

The call centre will be fully active when the 2020 BECE Placements into SHS have been released and then the numbers will be made available to the public.

Who should call the GES Placement Call Center?

The GES Call Center has been primarily set up to tackle all placement issues. If you did not get a placement, the first thing to do is to attempt the CSSPS Self Placement.

If you have issues with the self placement too, then you should definitely call the Placement hotlines available below based on your location for it to be solved.
