Oyenii beats competition to be part of ghana’s top five food delivery apps
Oyenii, a food vending app, is in Ghana’s top five best food delivery apps.
The locally operated app started making its way into the country this year and was seen competing with international brands such as Bolt Food, Uber Eats, Glovo, and Jumai foods for the top 5 inline food delivery apps in the country.

In comparison to the other brands who international, Oyenii is fully Ghanaian-owned and operates in the FoodTech industry, specializing in providing healthy and nutritious local Ghanaian foods such as Hausa kobo, Oblayo, Oatmeal, Wheat porridge, Ekuegbemi, and many others through the app. The meals are accompanied by Akara, Koose. Puff (boflot), wheat bread or white bread, egg and chili, etc. There is an option for taste boosters such as honey, brown or white sugar, sugar, and others to make a complete breakfast.
Sources indicate that plans are underway for the app to include lunch and special meal services to their list.
The Oyenii app is easily downloadable from the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store to access its meal services.
It allows payment through digital channels like mobile money and bank and accepts payments from people other than the one who ordered the food.
Oyenii’s corporate services are available for institutions and event organizers as well as regular staff meals, and also nutrition consultancy for customers and corporate institutions.
The food menu on the app starts as low as GHS 10 and allows users to select and order their preferred breakfast.
All payments are made digitally on the app, and the food is delivered to customers at no extra fee, and the app enables users to track the delivery riders live.
