Vodafone Ghana to open all retail shops from Monday, 27th April 2020
Vodafone Ghana has said that all of it’s closed shops will open again from tomorrow, the 27th of April 2019. Vodafone made this anouncement via their official Twitter Handle. According to the telecommunications company, there will be strict precautionary measures at all of the retail shops.
The shops were earlier closed, in response to efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19 in Ghana, after an announcement on the 29th of March 2020, also via the company’s Twitter account.

Among the precautionary measures is the strict adherence to the wearing of face masks by all customers before they can enter any of the retail shops. It has become mandatory for all Ghanaians going out in areas where the lockdown has been lifted to wear face masks, as directed by the President.
In a message to all Vodafone customers, the Telecommunication network emphasised that all customers must wear a face mask before they are granted access to the shops. This is in line with the President’s directive to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
However, in a bid to limit the number of people walking into the retail shops, all of Vodafone Ghana’s digital channels including their website, Vodafone Cash *110# and MyVodafone App are still available.
In another response to the health of Ghanaians in general, the Vodafone healthline call center has been brought back to provide accurate information on COVID-19.
All Ghanaians can call 255 on all networks (toll-free on Vodafone) to get assistance from Vodafone Ghana’s team of licensed medical doctors daily from 8am to 9pm.
