Transfer Money from MTN MoMo to Vodafone, Airtel or Tigo Cash & back

Please note that transactions could sometimes delay so you should call 100 and make your complaint.

The Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS) last month introduced the Mobile Money Interoperability (MMI) system to ensures cross-network mobile money transactions.

What this means is that you can now safely transfer Mobile funds from one network to the other without the need of any third-party application.

Currently, all networks but Glo, are on the Mobile Money Interoperability system.

This means there is no need for an agent to transfer funds between these networks.

Before the introduction of MMI, there was the need to rely on services like Move, Korba, AlexPay, etc to facilitate such transfers.

Because each network had a different way of operating its mobile money platform, interoperability is slightly different from network to network, but they ultimately yield the same results.
