All networks in Ghana that have non-expiry data plans

To know what’s happening in your country and around the world is all with the help of the internet.

Although with various televisions and radio stations, you can hear and see what’s happening around the world you need the internet to share your opinion.

And what do we use to access the internet? It is called data. Without data, your phone is like an empty house. With the help of data, you can visit various sites and various social media platforms to connect with friends, see how your friends abroad are doing, get breaking news and many more.

In Ghana internet has been one of the things that have been eating up the youths savings, many people complain of high internet charges among telcos and one thing that makes it painful is how these telcos take back the data even though you have not used all of them.

Luckily the citizen’s cry was heard and on 9 October 2019, the minister of Communications Mrs Ursula Owusu Ekuful issued a new directive to the network operators that sais “all unused data and voice bundles purchased by subscribers should not expire and must be rolled over with the next recharge”.

This became a dream come true for some Ghanaians as they are never going to lose their unused bundles. Even me, I was very happy because I can make a midnight bundle and when it is 12:00 am I will fall asleep without using the data and the next day I will see the telco take back the data.

so after the directive, the telcos agreed and in this article, I am going to take you through some of the networks in Ghana whose data does not expire.

MTN Ghana

MTN Ghana is one of the most popular telcos in Ghana right now because MTN got their customers at heart, they also decided to listen to their customers and then roll over unused bundles.

Also, they changed their data prices by offering huge data for a small amount, one of them which I always purchase is the special offer which gives you 461MB for GHS 3.

They also made it available to purchase any bundle you want, that is you can even purchase for GHS 0.05 of the bundle (only if you can use it for what you want to do).
