To be onboarded, the customer goes to certain MTN service facilities or designated M-KOPA outlets.
Customer information (customer name, ID, phone number, and alternate number) is collected and validated during the onboarding process.
Following successful verification, the sales professional assists the customer in launching the M-KOPA App on the designated device and logging in to their account.
The initial deposit made by the customer varies depending on the type of gadget and the initial installment.
According to the customer’s selected payment schedule, further payments can be made via MoMo on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis by dialing USSD *718*287#.
