  3. Send the following details to the number stated above:
  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Mother’s maiden name
  • The type of ID you used to register your TIN and the ID number
  1. GRA will review the submitted information and recover your TIN for you in a few hours.

How to recover your TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) online in Ghana via email

  1. Submit the following information to [email protected]:
  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Mother’s maiden name
  • The type of ID you used to register your TIN and the ID number
  1. Use “TIN Recovery” as the subject for the email.
  2. GRA will review the submitted information and recover your TIN for you as soon as possible.
