This article was well researched and brilliantly presented. It worked! I have succeeded in creating my Paypal account after several failed attempts in the past, by following the steps in your article. Please do me a favour. I want a pdf version of the part of the article, if not the whole article on how to finance and use the account. I am a subscriber to the blog through the email [emailremoved]. I am grateful. Good job done!!!

  23. I just created my new PayPal account and it’s all thanks to you😊 Shepherd Yaw Morttey. Many 🙏🏻 thanks.

  24. If anyone is looking at the comment section to see if this works, IT ACTUALLY DOES. This guide helped me so much in keeping my online business running. Prior to this guide, I tried on my own severally to beat the system by using vpns etc but I ended up always getting an account that got limited after a while of working. Mostly, I was using it to pay for my online services using a debit card from my existing bank(Calbank). I didn’t think I’d need a UBA card since I wasn’t accepting money into the account. But lately I’ve started earning something online and my card from Calbank failed to withdraw funds. So I’m going to apply for one of the suggested cards. Hopefully, I’d update this comment on how that goes.
Shepherd Yaw Mortey, God bless you so much for putting in the effort to write this detailed guide. I’m sure it has helped a lot of people including myself. Good day!

  25. i have gone thru the pros.. but it keeps asking

    You have an account alert

Action required: Provide additional information. We need to collect additional information about your organization for compliance and regulatory reasons. It will only take you a few minutes, please provide this information before Aug 2, 2020… yet anytime i click on the link it shows..

thank you for providing all the required information.
You’re all set, and your account is back to normal.
i hope it working fine despite those msg

  26. This tutorial is very long. All you need is an email and card capable of doing online transactions. It doesnt matter which country you’re in. The key thing is to visit the paypal site for an accepted country and you should be good.
Cheers though. I can just imagine the number of hours you spent working on this tutorial, I envy that.

    1. Hi Adanku, Yes, it’s intentionally long because over time, a lot of individuals have proved that they need it in a step by step manner and the reason for why each step is taken explained to them.
We put this out to help all those who are looking to create a PayPal account here in Ghana, right from creating the account to withdrawing their cash. It’s proved to help a lot and we don’t regret all of the hours we used to put this together. What’s more? We love that you appreciate it too. 🙂

    1. And that’s why this tutorial teaches you how to go through the process in spite of the fact that Ghana is not in the list.
