  10. Choose whether you want to export it just once or every two (2) months
  11. Select the type of file and the maximum file size. If the size exceeds your maximum file size, the data will be divided into two (2)
  12. Click on Create export after you have done your selections

Whether you are using a google mail client or otherwise, you can synchronize your Gmail account with almost any other email client. This could be Outlook, Thunderbird, Mailbird, etc. This way, all your emails will be downloaded to this email client together with your main Gmail account.
