The importance of National Identification Number (NIN)

The Nigerian government establishes the National Identification Number (NIN) to the identity of every Nigerian.

If you from age zero (birth) and above, a citizen and legal resident in Nigeria you are eligible to enroll for the National Identification Number (NIN). It is important for every Nigerian to get their NIN because the Nigerian government uses it to keep records of individuals together.
